"What if I tried to mimic a horror movie soundtrack in feeling and sound with a metal band?" was the guiding idea behind this album. By some accounts, this album has been 7 years in the making, while more accurately it would be 2. The instruments were all written and recorded in summer/fall of 2016, while the vocals were re-recorded in the fall of 2018. Although not entirely indicative of where my songwriting is now, I decided I wanted to release this album and finally get it out into the world.

This album technically tells a story about someone confronted with numerous monsters and horrors in a single night over the course of it, but you'll have to listen to the lyrics to truly follow along.

So anyway, enjoy the dark sounds within, presented on the darkest day of the year.
